What Is The Treatment For Anterior Placenta?

i due on april 11th bt going 2 gt admitted tomm n b induced pains..my scan says placenta is anterior in body of uterus with maturity grade 3...wat does tat mean..?? head of d baby lies @ lower pole bt it isnt engaged yet is it safe 4 me 2 deliver nw..??

Hello

You have absolutely normal findings.
Placenta is situated in anterior wall of the uterus and its maturity is grade 3.
Head of fetus is situated in lower pole of uterus but it is not engaged(fixed)at present.
Head of fetus will fix in the pelvis with advancement of pregnancy.
Time of delivery depend upon many factors and it need to be evaluated by your gynecologist.
