What Is The Suggested Advice For Lice Infestation From Home?

I have a child in my home with head lice. I treated it twice with over the counter medication and it did not go away so I brought her in and treated her and everyone in the home with permethrin two days ago and colmbed out the hair in small sections to make sure I got rid of all nits and eggs as well, but one child has live lice again. I have also bagged up all the pillows in the house and washed all clothing and blankets with hot bleach water. I also bought nix spray and sprayed all the furniture, beds, and carpets throughout the house. Is there anything else I can do to permanently remove this lice infestation from my home?

Hello,

Use permethrin creme rinse after shampoo. Left on to act for some time and then washed off with plain water.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
