How To Treat Scabies?

Hello im having scabies for 2 years.i have applied permethrin for many times with full medical protocol but it doesnt work now my 2 years old son has developed similar rashes.i coudnt take ivermectin as i was pregnant and now im lactating mother.kindly help me

Hi,

It may not be scabies but maybe prurigo simplex or else. Diagnosis should be revised after consulting the expert dermatologist. If needed, a skin biopsy should be done to confirm the diagnosis. And also your son should be examined by an expert dermatologist and have a proper diagnosis... before considering the treatment. You may take an opinion of a few other dermatologists.
