Hello,

Tonsilar bump may be due to streptococcus infection or tonsilar stone or boil early stages.

Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. So use salt water gargling thrice a day for five days. Use tablet amoxicillin and clavulinic acid 625 mg twice a day for five days.

If symptoms not improved please consult with your ENT specialist he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
