You can use warm running water gentle stream from a faucet or bucket. Avoid using irritant substance for cleaning. Do gentle cleaning of foreskin avoiding contact of the glans penis with cloth used to clean. Clean between scrotum and things as well. Better to get it looked at by Dermatologist and also get urine test done for urinary tract infection. Drink plenty of water.
