Hi, couple of weeks back i noticed some cut marks on the penis skin. The cut marks increased and the same used to pain at the time of pulling the penis skin. The penis skin has become hard with passing days and the cut marks remain as it is. Yesterday i even noticed yellow pus on penis head. I wash the penis and penis skin with V wash twice a day. The irritation on penis head is also there. Please advise.
