What Is The Remedy For Fatigue And Dizziness?

Mystery illness. Fatigue which strikes somehow randomly but I will loose focus and concentration. dizziness. and can t cope at all. have to fall into bed any time of day between 11am and 4pm… but then don t sleep. I had a lot of this a year ago over a 4 month period. I had brain MRI - normal. bloods and heavy metals - normal. Had all mercury amalgam fillings replaced. Sleep study showed only mild OSA and I now sleep only on my side. today I had a very bad day. I ate some chips at lunch that repeated on me and I wonder if I have a reaction to some sort of oils??? I am at my wits end. had blood tests for adrenal fatigue all normal. Thyroid normal. Have high biliruben (Gilbert s). I feel like I m loosing my mind. Anyone care to take a shot. does this seemingly random but consistently same symptoms scream out anything to anyone? also my head can feel a bit hot… when it happens…

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi there..

All your investigations seem to be normal.. Thyroid problem is what I thought of initially, but that is normal. How about your sugar levels, FBS, PPBS.
Also get your Hemoglobin, Vitamin B12 and Vitamin D levels checked. Sometimes deficiency of the same can cause symptoms similar to what you are experiencing now.

If all tests are normal, I would advise you to sign up for yoga classes.

Hope this helps.

Regards,
Dr. Divya Kuttikrishnan
