What Is The Red Bump With A White Head On Labia Majora That Pops Out Pus ?

I noticed a red bump with a white head on my Labia majora, I popped it and puss came out. Now the bump is like a scab and it has formed a little rash on my left labia majora, it also is itchy at times. I have been putting antibiotic on it. What do you think I should do or what could it be?

Hello madam

it is probably a furuncle that is more common in moisty areas. Since scab has been formed probably the lesion has dried out. For the rash and itch you need anti pruritic treatment. I think it's better to rule out diabetes.
