Hello, You had sex two days ago. Presently, you noticed a small bump on the labia majora. Bumps on the labia majora are commonly caused due to blockage of sweat glands, ingrown hairs, folliculitis, pimples due to hormonal changes, genital warts or STD. You are suggested to take care of your hygiene, take regular bath and shower. Wear soft cotton clothes, change clothes and undies regularly. While shaving your genital hairs be very careful. Reduce the frequency. Do not douche your vagina or use scented lotions or bathing products. You can apply an antibacterial cream on the affected area. it should go away with time. Do not pick, scratch or touch. Avoid sex or any sexual activity for a coupe of days while you are getting treated.
