What Is The Reason For Tiredness In Parkinson S?

I have Parkinson s . On Madopar 300/75 five times a day, Sifrol 3.75 each morning, and Comtan with each dose of levodopa. I am experiencing severe tiredness at times, with a blood pressure of as low as 70/40. Feel dizzy, cannot stand up, should I be worried? Could it be Shy-Drager.

Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe, the low blood pressure could be due to the levodopa. It usually, don't cause the hypo tension, but some people may get it. In that case the levodopa is stopped, and and some other alternative drug is to be started, for Parkinson.
So i advise you to consult your doctor, for change of the drugs.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
