What Is The Reason For Stomach Pain, Spotting, And Feeling Sick After Unprotected Sex?

Hi, so I had unprotected sex about 2 days ago and right now im feeling sick from my stomach like if I want to throw up but I cant. Also im getting sharp pain on my lower stomach just like if they were cramps but when I peed and I wiped I saw redish pinkish blood on the towel its my first time seeing this, what can this mean?

According to your history, the possibilities are :
- Pelvic inflammatory disease.
It can present with symptoms like pain abdomen, nausea etc.
It can lead to cervical erosion etc local lesions, these can bleed after intercourse.
-Post coital tear.
It can present with pain and bleeding after intercourse.

Better to consult gynecologist once and get examined.
By examination the exact cause can be identified and treated.
In case of PID, antibiotics course is needed.
And deeper post coital tears need repair.
