What Is The Reason For Pregnant Lady Having Large Lump Outside Vagina Which Looks Like Rash?

I know I don't have herpes. I have this large lump on the outside of my vagina almost right where it meets my thigh. It hurts like crazy to walk. Its gotten twice as big since this morning. Its red and feels like a rash. I can't even gently glide my fingers across it without it hurting. There is no white tip. I'm 32weeks pregnant on Monday. What is going on? I'm about to go to the ER.

Hi,Welcome to Health care magic forum.
If it is a rash, it may be the fungal infection, and if it is a swelling it could be the infected lymph node, or an abscess.
As you describe there is no relation of the pregnancy and the lump. I advise you to consult a surgeon for diagnosis and treatment.
If there is no swelling you can consult a dermatologist for diagnosis and treatment.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms grisofulvin, ofloxacin, and antiinflamatory drugs.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery.
