What Is The Reason For Numbness In Hand After Heart Surgery?

Hi, I am a 4 day post op heart attack patient. I am home and feeling fine except that I have just started to feel a tingly numbness in my right hand though I have not had this sensation since carpal tunnel surgery 30 years ago. Is this something that I should get immediate attention?
