What Is The Reason For Ear Pain And Ringing In Ear?

Hi I have a ear ache and a noise that sounds like wind in my right ear and a pain in the back of my head at the same side that feels like I have been punched I also have a small lump behind my right ear where the jaw line connects and all the right hand side of my face has gone numb and I want to know what is wrong with me

it is likely that you are having an ear infection along with an eustachian tube ( tube between your ear and nose) dysfunction and mastoid infection. please meet your ent doctor soon. he will examine and guide you further.
