What Is The Reason For Bad Cramping On Right Side With Slight Bleeding ?

I'm having bad cramping on my right side and a couple days ago I woke up early in the morning and had to pee, when I wiped it was orange!!! I never had that happen b4! There isn't any burning or weird smells! It happened two mornings in a row! I've been cramping ever since! Wat is happening, could I be pregnant! My fiancé and I have been trying for so long and been let down I'm really scared to take a pregnancy test and it come out negative!! Pls help!
