What Causes Delayed Periods?
I haven t had a period in 4 to 5 years no hot flashes as well or cramping until a few days ago. Very light cramping as though I m going to start a period. No heavy cramping at all very light. Why suddenly the light cramping after the past several years? No pain at all!
