What Is The Pregnancy Duration If LMP Shows 6 Wks 6 Days And GA Shows 6 Wk 1 Day With The Fetus Size Of 0.46cm?

Hi, I recently had an ultrasound scan in and around 6wks.

When I gave my LMP date it showed I was 6wks 6dys when I had my can they showed a GA of 6wk 1dy is that the day I conceived or what they say my LMP according to fetus size?? very confused...

Also my fetus measured at 0.46cm if that helps??

Dear member,
Thanks for writing to healthcare magic.
The scan measures the fetus, gestational sac and gives an average gestational age. If the difference between your LMP and scan is less than 7 days we say the scan corresponding to dates and the fetal age by LMP and scan is same. So for all purposes your LMP is used to calculate the delivery date.
