What Is The Other Yolk Sac Along With The Fetal Yolk Sac?

I am 11wk and 2 days pregnant. The ultrasound showed baby and heartbeat in the yolk sac. There is another similar look like yolk sac below the real yolk sac. I asked the sonographer and she said it was my ovary. But when I saw again, I asked her again. She then said it was a cyst. The doctor said it wasn't cancerous and would go away. How does it go away? Thank you.

hi dear,
not to worry much as sometimes such cyst may there and you did not know about them at present due to pregnancy it comes in your mind.
and as your yolk sac and fetus in that is good also cardiac activities also there so not to worry about it and do as advised by your gynecologist
