Vaccines are given to improve immunity against that specific organism. So it is safe.DTaP vaccine is safe and effective. It won't decrease immunity.
Only serum institute company manufacturer BCG vaccine
Pnemoccocal conjugate vaccine is given to prevent pnemoccocal infection. Two companies import it .one is synflorix(GSK) which is 10 valent(pcv10). It give protection against 10 serotypes of pnemoccocus. Other one is prevenar(FIZER) which gives protection against 13 serotypes of pnemoccocus.(pcv13).so second one gives broader protection and is costlier. But pnemoccocal vaccine is an important vaccine in Indian set up.
