What Is The Medication For Breathlessness Due To Asthma?

hi this is buhari from villivakkam my mother was suffering from asthma last 6 years,now she was suffering very much she was very diffiiculty for breathing,she was continuosly using combihale ff 250 inhaler but no improvement, we buy seperate nebulise machine also can you refer to use which medicine is used for nebulise and suggest what we do

Hello,
Nebuliser machine is indicated if she is unable to use inhalers.
Extra oral medication lke Unicontin-E 400 or 600mg at night helps along with Montelukast 10mg

For nebuliser, you need 2 respules of Salbutamol alternating with Ipratropium every 6 hours for a week or 10 days. Then you must switch to inhalers.
If she is still unable to use inhalers, nebuliser must be given 12 hours apart.
