what does this mean? There is loss of high signal of the L4/5 and L5/S1 intervertebral disc in keeping with dessication. Minimal posterior broad-based bulging of the L4/5 and L5/S1 intervertebral disc with minimal compression of the thecal sac. The exit foraamen are patent. The conus lies at L2.

Hi,dear.Your report is showing that you are having slipped disc at two levels in area of your lower backbone there is still very mild pressure on your nerves,but this pressure can increase if you are not doing any exercises to prevent this.you should do physiotherapy exercises daily and modify your day to day activities to prevent the progress of the problem.take care.
