I have took the pelvic scan (tvs) for the uterus on 01/11/13, my report found that a well defined hypoechoic lesion noted in anterior wall measuring 11x8 mm
endometrium measures 5.7mm

Well defined hypoechoic lesion in anterior wall of uterus measuring 11x8 mm may be myometrial cyst.
Myometrial cysts are related to age and doesn't require any treatment.
Endometrium thickness measures 5.7mm and it is normal.
