What Is The Cause Of Sudden Spotting And Persistent Cramping?
i spotted lightly 2 1/2 weeks ago for a day, than my cycle was due on the 2nd. i am always 28 days regular give or take a day. i dont use birth control. than i had intercoourse for the first time in a couple weeks and i ihad unusual tenderness during intercours, it wasnt rough sex at all. by the next morning, & days late i have a more than normal heavy flow with bright bright red allmost orange colored blood. im very concerned because none of this is normal for me. i almost feel cramping or throbing pressure from the top of my tummy under my ribs. please give me an idea whats wrong? i eat well and drink plenty of fluids and i am always very aware of my body and i consider myself to be dialed in to what my body tells me. but i dont undersand this.... please help!!
You do not use any type of birth control method. You were having spotting. It can be due to cervical polyps, PID, PCOS, stress, thyroid issues, implantation bleeding. Get clinically examined to rule out pregnancy or any of the above mentioned medical conditions. You had intercourse and then started having bleeding with cramps. It could have happened due to miscarriage if you were pregnant. Get examined so that you can get the treatment at the earliest.
Other medical conditions that causes painful bleeding per vaginally are polyps, cysts, fibroids and endometrioses. You are suggested to get per vaginal examination and imaging tests done so that you can be treated.
