General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history and understood the concerns.
Wanting to go for toilet for passing motion on eating something without any pain in abdomen and having sticky stools can be due to the following reasons:
Colitis due to infection or amoebiasis.
Any other inflammatory pathology which on having stomach full gives a reflex movement for feeling for passing stool.
IBS that is irritable bowel syndrome.
I would advise you the following in such a situation:
Send the stool for tests for 3 consecutive days to get a probable cause.
Tests of blood and urine as routine.
Ultrasonography of the abdomen and CT scan if needed.
Colonoscopy and biopsy.
Clinical evaluation and examination by a General Surgeon or a Gastroenterologist.
All these things will lead to the diagnosis.
If every investigation is normal then get treated as IBS.
Control of anxiety and stress may help you better.
Also to find out the foods and beverages that instigate or enhance the problem and stop these altogether.
I find this answer helpful
