Hello dear, these symptoms can be due to impending abortion so you need to take proper bed rest for some time and avoid sexual contact with your partner. If everything stays as it is check for the reports on Monday and also get an ultrasound done.

With falling hCG titres, absence of pregnancy symptoms and above all, occurrence of bleeding, the clinical picture is in favor of a missed pregnancy. Yet, a serial serum beta-hCG assay coupled with serial trans-vaginal sonograms should confirm this suspicion. Falling titres with absence of a heart beat or gestation sac suggest a ailed pregnancy. Else, you should suspect a threatened abortion and hence take all the necessary precautions like absolute bed rest, abstinence, avoidance of all forms of stress and hormone supplements if needed.
