Thanks for your query.I am Dr.Sharon.In this case as there is,bleeding from nose first we have to look for local causes of bleeding that is structures inside the nose and then you have to stop the bleeding.consult an ENT specialist for that.The possibility of an intracranial injury cannot be ruled out without a CT scan.Consult with your doctor about that.
