Had done a echo as part of routine annual health check-up, in the echo report concentric LVH was mentioned and rest everything was normal. 2 days later, got the echo redone in another diagnostic centre under a reputed cardiologist and the results were normal i.e., no LVH. The cardiologist mentioned, that the first diagnosis could be due to oversight or incorrect and not to worry. Am having HP BP from last 10 yrs but well controlled (110/70). Confused on 2 contradictory diagnosis.
