What Is The Cause And Treatment For Stuffed Nostril And Watering Eyes?

I have had a stuffed nose for a few days. It has now cleared in my right nostril but my left nostril now alternates between being stuffed and feeling like there is pressure on it which is causing my left eye to continuously run with water throughout the day. What could be the cause of this and how can i fix it from home? I have tried nasal spray but the saline irritates my left nostril.

ENT Specialist 's  Response
hello and welcome to health care magic,

You seem to have an acute infection which usually subsides in a week or so. Since it has not happened then you can try remedies like steam inhalation with vaporizer and hot water fomentation
In any case however if the problem persists then you must consult an ENT as soon as possible who can prescribe antibiotic like amox-clav along with antihistamine like levocetrizine.

Hope this helps
