What Is The Cause And Treatment For Insomnia?
I am having problems falling asleep and staying asleep. I had been on Ambien CR for years but it stopped being effective so my doctor gave me Lunesta, I tried that for 2 nights and still can t fall asleep. Now the doctor has prescribed Trazodone and I am fearful because it is an antidepressant and has some scary side effects, Am I worried for nothing.
