OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine 's  Response
Hi,

I think that you may be suffering from irregularities in menstrual cycle which may also be due to hormonal irregularities so I will suggest you to have your thyroid profile test done. Start a course of Norethisterone tablets 5 mg once daily for 10 days.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Sujoy S. Bhattacharjee, OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine
