Gastroenterologist 's  Response
hi
I am a gastroenterologist
I would advice to continue examination with :
-upper endoscopy with biopsy from D3( to rule/confirm malabsorbtion )
- serologic test for celiac disease, food allergy.
-abdominal ultrasound and ct - abdominal scan
After all tests result we can discus for proper treatment.
still that please he should use plenty of water to avoid dehydration.

wishing him fast recovery
