Since you are on Loestrin24 for 4 years, I do not see any cause to worry about the pregnancy. Loesrin24 is a good effective contraceptive pill and you have enjoyed its protection for 4 years. Metronidazole need not interfere its efficacy unless it is thrown our due to vomiting. You will not be pregnant by the said unprotected intercourse. Wait for your menses. If at all (very remote chances) you miss a period, then you may get urine pregnancy test after about a week of missed period.
