What Is The After Effect Of An Abortion?

I have h/o miscarriage(missed abortion at 8 weeks) last year;am 40 yrs old; h/o borderline GDM in two previous preg. ,wherein i did not need insulin and both were FTNVDs. i have been advised aspirin,duphaston, progestin and clexane(20U,SC,OD) in view of above.YOUR OPINION PLEASE.

Hi.

Recurrent abortions need to be investigated for conditions like anti-phospholipid antibody syndrome, recurrent pregnancy loss (RPL), etc. Yours does seem like a complicated case, but what is important in such cases is to find the exact cause for the miscarriage when it occurs (e.g. hormonal imbalance-correct it; antibodies being produced-nullify them, etc)
