What Is Meaning Of Gestational Sac In Upper Uterine Endometrial Cavity?
My wife's gestational age (from LMP) 5weeks 4 days, usg report says no foetal node/yolk sac is seen within the sac, but a gestational sac with regular margins & adequate surrounding chorio-decidual reaction is seen in the upper uterine endometrial cavity. she is very much worried, please help..

According to reports there is single intrauterine gestational sac with gestational age is 5 weeks and 4 days.
Only regular margin G-sac is seen without fetal pole or yolk sac.It is good that gestational sac has regular margins & adequate surrounding chorio-decidual reaction seen.
Non visualization of fetal pole may be due to many reasons like missed abortion,excessive maternal abdominal fat etc.
It is too early to comment.You only need follow up USG at this stage.
