Hello

Liver hemangioma is a benign tumour of liver made up blood vessels. It is generally an incidental finding and usually doesn't require any treatment.
This condition only need follow up.It may require treatment if it is causing symptoms.

Most likely liver hemangioma is not relate to raised ALT.

Increased ALT may indicate liver injury. It may be due to many reasons like hepatitis, alcohol intake, altered lipid profile, auto immune causes etc.

You may need few more investigations like routine hemogram, random blood sugar, lipid profile, renal function test, complete liver function test, viral markers.
I suggest tablet ursodeoxycholic acid 300 mg twice daily for three months to my patients. It helps in regeneration of liver cells.

Get well soon.
