Hi Ranganath, Welcome to HealthcareMagic Forum.
The Treatment depends upon the cause and the type of glaucoma. Oral Medications to protect the Optic Nerve from the Increased Intra Ocular Pressure, Eye Drops for Lubrication. Surgical Treatment Options include, LASER surgery, Filtering surgeries like trabeculectomy, Drainage implants and in emergency cases Iridotomy wherein the Doctor creates a small hole in your iris so that aqueous humor can pass into the trabecular meshwork is done and decrease the Eye Pressure.

Wish you Good Health, Take Care.
