Welcome to health care magic. Going through your query you are unable to put weight on your rt leg so one should exclude rt hip fracture . so get xay rt hip joint AP and LATERAL VIEW to exclude it. Another cause can be compressive neuropathy due to stenosis leading to weakness of limb and unable to put weight. This is confirmed by MRI OF SPINE.Hope it will be helpful.
