What Is Duphaston Meant For In A Pregnancy?

i am 29 years old and i have been having irregular period and also been treated,i have been given clomid and pregnyl injection 5000mg,my period has been regular for 3months and suddenly when i had the pregnyl injection for the second time after my follicle was big enough,this month i ended up with a missed period and with a blood test done shows i am i am pregnant,and now i am been asked by my doctor to start with Duphaston.I really want a child and i am starting to get worried,please i need your advice
