What Food Or Diet Can Help Reduce Cholesterol, Clean Arteries Using Natto ?

Thank you I had a cholesterol panel and would like to interpute the results to see what might be needed in a food, vitamin or mineral to alter anything contrary ( a natural remedy and also, , since I have carotid stenosis and aorta abdominal calcification . I really want to clean my arteries possibly using Natto( brand name Megumi) and/or anything else thatis healthy and natural do do the cleansing (clean out arteries) of my arteries. 'Cleaning out' the arteries is not possible or practical!
Natto is basically soya and may not help much in lipid control.

Increasing the HDL (good cholesterol) by exercise / Aggressive reduction of LDL (non-HDL or bad cholesterol) with diet and drugs can help in reducing the atherosclerosis / cholesterol deposition in the blood vessel wall.

• Keep your weight to normal / even a little less
• Quit smoking, if you are a smoker
• Do regular EXERCISE – say walking or jogging - 20 minutes a day / at least 5 days in a week.
• Healthy FOOD is a must.
Avoid saturated fats – coconut oil, palm oil, butter, ghee, full cream milk...
Avoid junk foods in particular – French fries have palm oil / Pizza has cheese /
Change to Poly-un-saturated oil – like sun flower oil.
Include Mono-un-saturated oil – Olive oil.
Repeat the test in 6 weeks.
• Cholesterol can still be high, in spite of diet and exercise – you need drugs; Because it is also manufactured in the liver – and that is determined by heredity.
