Hello
Thanks for writing to HCM

According to reports, uterus is small in size.It is important to age because it may be due to ageing.
However, uterus echotexture is normal and endometrial thickness is also normal.
There is no adnexal mass and no free fluid in POD.
Ovaries are not visualized due to excessive bowel gas.
So,findings are normal and it need to correlate with age.Other wise you need further investigations.
Hope i have answered your query.

Take Care
