Hi,
Thanks for writing in.

The uterus is normal in appearance. The inner lining of uterus is also normal.

There is some fluid in the pelvis. This may be due to a pelvic infection. You need to consult your gynecologist and take medications only after a clinical examination.

The ovaries and adnexa are normal.

Conclusion: A pelvic inflammatory disease needs to be ruled out, especially if you have abnormal bleeding and pain during periods.
