What Does Uterus Is Anteverted, Bulky Measures Length 5 Cm Indicate?
I am 28 years old my height is 5.6 " and weight is 72 kg .yesterday i had ultrasound of pelvis which shows the report as:-uterus is anteverted, bulky measures length 5 cm, width 5 cm, ht. 3.2 cm. endometrium is 14 mm thick , echoes and shows multiple 1 mm of cysts. cervix measures 2.5x2.7 cm shows
multiple 5 mm of nebothian cysts. Both the overies appeara normal in size and echotexture. no evidence of free fluid in the culde sac. no evidence of adnexal mass. so which treatement should be taken to get regular menses and pregnancy.

According to reports your uterus is enlarged in size with thickened endometrium.
You may need biopsy of endometrium after clinical assessment.
Nabothian cysts in cervix are asymptomatic cysts and it doesn't require any treatment.
Rest of the findings are within normal limit.
Both ovaries and adnexa appears normal.There is no fluid in POD.
