What Does Ultra Sound Finding Of "bulky Uterus And Endometrial Hyperplasia" Indicate?

I am 48 years old. My US report says :
1. Fundal intramural fibroids 26*25 mm in uterus
2. functional cyst 33*23mm in right ovary
3. no collection in cul-de-sace
4. buky uterus and endometrical hyperplasia
Please doctor tell me which problem do I have?
Is it serious?

1.Fibroids cause excessive bleed, with irregular periods, Hormonal treatment can help, if not then hysterectomy is treatment of choice.
2.Functional cyst in the ovary causes irregular periods - it needs monitored and excised depending on its complexity.
3.Bulky uterus with hyperplasia also cause bleed.
4.In your case if you are symptomatic, then it is serious.
5.There is nothing to worry, hysterectomy is treatment of choice.
