What Does This Urine Test Report Signify?

my wife had a Urinary Tract Infection, After having a course of medicine prescribed by the doctor,now She has (1.030 S.G)

Leucocyte Estererase (Positive)

and Pus cells 5-7 WBC/HPF

these are the main points highlighted in the report with bold.

Please tell me is it normal or somthing to worry about?

She has urinary tract infection. She took antibiotics treatment but report suggest that she still have some infection. She has 5-7 PCs and Leococytes esterase positive so it suggest infection. She need to complete the course of antibiotics according to advice.
