Hello dear I understand your concern You have borderline high testosterone and multiple follicle in the ovary. It suggests you have poly cystic ovary disease. It is complex disease and cause hormonal imbalance, menstrual irregularity, insulin resistance, problem in conceiving. But after proper treatment you can become pregnant I would suggest to take treatment under advise of the gynecologist.
