Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

You have nodules in both lobes of thyroid, the only way of knowing the type of nodules is either Fine needle aspiration cytology (FNAC) or simple biopsy.

The nodules can be of any thing, either simply non neoplastic or malignant also. Most commonly, they are benign follicular nodules because of hyper and hypo activity of thyroid gland.

My suggestion is please consult general surgeon and have FNAC done.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Siddartha
