hi doctor, pls not my semen analysis report and give your reply, viscosity=highly viscous, volume=1.0 ml, liquefaction=>2 hours min, reaction=alkaline, colour=whitish, sperm count=39 million/ml, actively motile=50 %, sluggishly motile=15 %, non-motile=35%, abnormal forms=30 %, Plus cells=2-4 /hpf, red blood cells=absent, spermatogenic cells=6-8 /hpf, aperm agglutination= absent

Thanks for asking.
Based on your query, my opinion is as follows.
1. Liquefaction is taking much longer time. You need to be well hydrated at take Vit E supplements.
2. Actively motile is more than 50% and along with good sperm count, it looks good.
3. Viscosity needs to be reduced through good hydration and nutritional supplements, other wise, no problems.
