What Does This Below Semen Analysis Report Indicate?

my semem report is as under plz let me know about the report

Reaction: Alkaline Colour : Creamish

Viscosity : Normal Quantity : 4.5 Ml.

Motility

Activity Motile: 20% (forward progressive)

Sluggish Motile : 20%

Non Motile: 60 %

Morphology



50% sperm possess normal head

Total Count: 50 million/ml

Pus cell: 6-8/HPF

Hello

Your report suggests semen infection with decreased sperm motility.Infection is indicated by presence of excessive pus cells in semen.

Motility should be at least 55%.You have 60 % non motile sperms.
50 millions/ml sperm count is normal finding.
Morphology of sperms is also normal.

You need proper clinical examination and further investigations.
You need routine hemogram,RBS,USG of scrotum.Culture and sensitivity of semen should also be done to decide appropriate antibiotics.
You should take nutritious diet and do exercise.

If low motility persists then assisted fertilization techniques like IUI can be considered.
