Hello
Thanks for writing to HCM

Your report suggests a large mass in the liver measuring 13 X 11 cm involving both lobes of liver. It may be due to metastasis as another mass lesion seen in the bowel involving distal descending colon causing significant luminal narrowing. So,most probably primary lesion is in the bowel and it has metastasize to the liver.
It can only be confirmed by biopsy of the lesion.
Treatment depend upon findings.

Other findings are within normal limit.

Get well soon.
Hope I have answered your question.

Take Care
