General & Family Physician 's  Response
welcome to Health care magic.
1.The abnormal findings in your case are Prostatomegaly, thickened bladder wall.
2.Rest all appears normal.
3.Prostatomegaly generally gives burning sensation / pain on passing urine.
4.Bladder wall thickness is seen in the cystitis ( bladder infection). which will cause, increased frequency of urine with burning sensation.
5.Cystits can be treated with a course of antibiotics.
6.Prostate does not give such pain in abdomen. The pain can be some thing related to the bowel pathology - try to evaluate with your treating doctor.
Hope it helps you. Wish you a good health.
